My half of an Art Trade with :iconextra-fenix: I had fun with the character and going streetrat crazy with tons of effects. Hopefully this is shiny enough for all of you.

Very well done piece of art 83 Dark and mysterious atmosphere... the background nice and simple... I like the moon with the birds in the corner C:
I love this technique of shading *ω* with the thin lineart, the cell shading and with that highlight lines... I also like the pose, the hands is nicely done, the hair and the clothes :D I like the little smirk in his face
I like the effects, they add quality to the picture...
But there's some things, like the red ball on that thing that he's holding (I dunno how it's called xD) needs more highlight, umm... more shinyness *shot*
And the glowy wings (they're wings right?) it's too white in the center of the picture (behind the character)... If they was a little bit separated in that spot I think it would be better 83
Also the duplicated pic it's too much for me... ehmmm... it makes the picture too heavy... If I were you... (XD) I would probably used lower opacity... or fade the rest of the body (I bet I wrote this wrong XD my english sucks)
Ok That's my opinion... I think I'm stuck with the little details XD You don't have to listen me

Anyway, I hope this critique help you to become even better in the future ;)

I really like the coloring and the expression. ^^
But I don't really think the halo fits with the rest of the picture.

Don't you just hate when you're writing a comment and you have to keep scrolling back up to see what you're talking about? Or is that just me and my poor memory XD
This is really well done and you're obviously quite awesome at using Photoshop. At least I think so. I never have it for long enough to know if it just makes drawings brilliant on its own XD I'm not sure about the halo, it seems a bit too...well something XD Bright? Flat? I don't know how to say it. The same maybe with the red ball end of his staff. I don't even know what that is behind him that looks like glowing lava but I'm not sure about that either. The rest though is just wonderful. Huzzah :B
