I LOVE the pose, it's so dynamic, and suits her SO well! I love the angle on her foot and the motion in this is incredible..
I love her smirk there too, gives off that "yeah I know I'm cool" vibe haha, which is just perfect!!

Happy you like it, I thought it was fun to draw and Dody is definitely not a character that is by the book (dat hair) but it was really enjoyable and I definitely think my best works come when I get to mess around with things and am just overall happy with how it's going. Again really happy you like it and thanks for the nice comment. :3
I'm really impressed with the pose first of all. I didn't really specify that I prefer dynamic poses when I commissioned you, but those totally boost drawings' appeal by 300%. Sometimes static poses can express a personality really well too, but dynamic poses are just so fun to look at! Good work pulling off this challenging pose; I for one quite dislike drawing shoe soles pointing towards the viewer. (though I still do it all the time. X'D) As I said before, I'm really happy that you just happened to be in a colouring mood. It sure boosted MY mood haha wow that was lame Juli don't ever do that again.
I really like the red of the background and how you applied the lighting to Dody and the grass, it gives it a clear sunset feeling. Now I'm just wondering what could make Dody do a stylish breakdancing move! XD
