From the RTF - My goal here is to create a simple, straightforward way of teaching Photoshop's Pen tool. It is really really easy once you learn the basics and you will probably never need another tutorial again if this one is good enough at explaining it.

As you can see the preview is also of a sketch I've never had on the net before so I guess that adds a bit to it. ^^;

To help make this tutorial better, present any questions/ inadequacies you may have to me via note or MSN (as provided on my homepage and in the text) and if this works I may move onto other quick-ish tutorials on effective coloring e.t.c.

Anything from 7-CS4 since they pretty much all have the Pen tool to my knowledge.. It's just a basics thing for the Pen.

All of the CS's are the same so a tutorial on CS1, 2, or 3 would work with 4. And it's never gonna get you anywhere to try and mimick a style for favs, you need to get a natural handle on the design/anatomy and enjoy what you're doing first off. There are plenty of anatomy references on dA and the rest of the net too, just gotta look.

Love this sketch, even though I saw it months ago. The tutorial should be real handy, since I don't even lineart my own stuff these days.

Well I made it for people who have absolutely no idea what they're doing with the Pen bit if it comes in handy then that's good. ^^
